Erin Fleming

Erin supports the Board and Executive Office of the Foundation, coordinating day-to-day operations, communications and events. She has spent over 30 years assisting leadership in mission-driven organizations. A native of Pittsburgh, Erin began her career developing arts and music programs for schools, theaters, churches and community centers, including the award-winning curriculums for the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera’s Creative Vision Program and Prime Stage Theater. Her background in the arts has honed the innovative problem-solving skills and spirit of collaboration that she brings to every challenge. Outside of work, Erin remains active in the theater–directing, acting, coaching and writing reviews. Erin and her husband live in northwest Chicagoland with their two overly affectionate rescue chihuahuas and dote on a blessing of niblings both biological and honorary.
